For over 30 years, The Consortium has provided a variety of services to school districts. The area of greatest focus has been special education and related services. However, additional services have been provided and are available in the areas of Professional Development, Recruitment, Equipment Lending Program, and other cooperative endeavors. Special Services:
The largest program offered through The Consortium is our special education and related services program. The Consortium employs a team of over 30 Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, School Psychologists, and Counselors who in turn serve our member districts on an itinerant or full-time basis depending upon district needs. By combining the resources of our member districts, we are able to create full-time positions for our team members where districts would otherwise be recruiting independently for part-time specialists. As employees of the Navajo County Education Service Agency, these specialists enjoy the many benefits that come with working at the County level as well as the unique opportunity of serving our rural districts. Recruitment:
As our track record of over 30 years of filling high-need positions shows, The Consortium has developed expert methods for recruiting and retaining the best professionals to northeastern Arizona. We have recently made these same skills and services available to our members to assist them in filling district-level positions. Recruitment services range from basic advertising to management of the entire recruitment process including representation at job fairs, distribution of materials, receipt of applications, pre-employment screening, etc. Contact Us:
